RovoBlast Prompt Injection Exposes Agentic Data Exfiltration Risk in Atlassian Rovo

Varonis Threat Labs disclosed a prompt injection vulnerability, dubbed RovoBlast, in Atlassian's Rovo enterprise AI assistant that allowed a single malicious link to hijack a live AI session and exfiltrate data from Confluence, Jira, and SharePoint without any jailbreak or permission bypass. Atlassian patched the vulnerability before the research was published.
