Claude Fable 5.1 and Mythos 5.1 share an underlying model with different safeguards. Fable is generally available, with lower prices and fewer security-tool false positives. Mythos is restricted to trusted cybersecurity and life-sciences users. Anthropic also introduced customer-controlled Enterprise Frontier Safeguards for data residency, intended to replace zero-retention agreements.
