Multi-Tenant Risk

Multi-tenant risk refers to the danger that one customer's data, prompts, or model behavior leaks into or is affected by another's, when a single AI platform or cloud service serves many organizations on shared infrastructure. For AI vendors this can mean one client's confidential documents appearing in another's outputs, or shared memory and caching exposing sensitive information across accounts. Enterprise buyers should ask vendors how tenant isolation is enforced, since contractual promises alone may not prevent a cross-customer exposure that regulators or clients would treat as a breach.
