Permission Management

Permission management is the practice of controlling who can access, modify, or delete AI systems, data, and decision outputs based on their role and responsibilities. For compliance officers and risk managers, this matters because inadequate permissions can allow unauthorized personnel to tamper with AI models, bypass audit trails, or access sensitive training data, creating legal liability and regulatory violations. Strong permission controls ensure accountability, reduce insider risk, and help organizations demonstrate to regulators that they know who did what and when within their AI infrastructure.
