Agent Monitoring

Agent monitoring refers to the practice of tracking what autonomous AI agents do after they are deployed, including the tools they call, the data they access, the actions they take, and the decisions they make along the way. Because agents can act across systems with little human review of each step, organizations use these records to detect errors, misuse, or unauthorized actions and to show regulators and auditors what their AI systems actually did. For compliance and risk teams, reliable agent monitoring is increasingly the evidence base for accountability, incident investigation, and meeting logging and oversight obligations under frameworks such as the EU AI Act.
